ANLCA NS, Fakanlu, Emerge Vice President, ECOWAS Licensed Customs Brokers Association

The National Secretary of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agent (ANLCA), Elder Olumide Fakanlu has been elected as the Vice President of the Federation of ECOWAS Licensed Customs Brokers Association.

Aside Elder Fakanlu, Seme Chapter Secretary of ANLCA, Austin Nwosu was also elected the Public Relations Secretary of the institution.
The election which was held in Freetown, Sierra Leone during the association’s congress between Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th, June 2025 brought together customs brokers associations from different nations in the sub region.
Apart from Elder Fakanlu and Nwosu, other members of the Nigerian delegation includes immediate past Chairman of ANLCA Onne Chapter, Chief Mike Ebeatu, who was nominated and participated as a member of the electoral official.
Elder Fakanlu who confirmed the development in a telephone conversation with our reporter said the Nigerian delegation visited the Sierra Leone Port after the congress; plus a tour of pleasure at the Tokeh Beach.
