The Wasche Point Laundry Services and Dry Cleaner based in Lagos has been penciled down as guest participant in the Lagos State, First Lady 2nd Quarterly briefing.
The honour and privilege is coming on the heels of a rare act of honesty displayed by the city laundry firm which returned the First Lady’s wrist watch, contained in one of the clothes sent for dry cleaning.

The First Lady who disclosed above in a letter addressed to the company on 25th February, 2025, stated that the honest act has created a reassurance in her heart that loyal citizens of Lagos and Nigeria, exists.
The letter reads,” I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation and commendation to your Organization for the integrity, professionalism and exceptional work ethics exhibited by your staff, Mark Amenuga, particularly for the return of my wristwatch that was accidentally among the items sent for laundry at your Victoria Island branch.
“The fact that someone found the item, which holds great sentimental value to me and was honest enough to return such an important item truly lifted my spirits and reaffirmed my faith in the citizens of our dearly beloved Lagos State and Nigeria.
“I cannot thank you enough for this noble gesture and as words alone will be inadequate to express my thankfulness and gratitude to your Organization, I wish to invite you to join us as we celebrate our next quarterly celebration of Staff in the Office of the First Lady”, she said.
