ANLCA Family Graces Oduntan’s Daughter’s Wedding Amid Pomp & Merry

The Balmoral Convention Centre, Sheraton Hotel Ikeja Lagos was earlier today agog with the wedding ceremony of the daughter of the National Vice President of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Prince Segun Oduntan and his wife, Olori Funmilola Oduntan.
The ceremony which began Thursday, March 28, 2024 at the family house Ikorodu continued with the traditional rites at Balmoral Centre with dignitaries from far and near in attendance.
The bride, Lanre Oduntan and her heartthrob, Folusho Iyaniwura, witnessed, first hand, the unity of the ANLCA family led by the National President, Mr. Emenike Kingsley Nwokeoji , who chaired the wedding ceremony; and everybody that is who-is-who in ANLCA and the port industry.
In attendance was a former National President of ANLCA, Sir Ernest Elochukwu, immediate past Sole Administrator, Alhaji Babatunde Mukaila, Patron, Prince Taiye Oyeniyi, Mr Dayo Azeez (Member of the Board of Trustees-BoT), elder statesman and President of Oodua Maritime, Chief Oye Ariyo, the essential Hajia Bola Muse, , Olumide Fakanlu among others.
Also in attendance was the Chairman, Onne Port Chapter, Chief Mike Ebeatu and others from ANLCA Eastern Zone.
Chairman of the occasion, Emenike Nwokeoji admonished the new couples to show love by always demonstrating understanding for one another, and not to consider themselves as boy friend and girl friend but as husband and wife; noting that mutual consideration for one another is the bedrock for a successful marriage.
He said, “It is a great opportunity to celebrate God’s kindness with this family. I will advise you that, marriage is not for boys or for girls, in this context, Folorunsho you are now a man, Lanre is now a woman.
“There are some friends at this point that you are no longer advised to keep, not that they would become your enemies, but some hangouts needs to be cut short”, adding:
“There are ups and downs, but to overcome the challenges, you need to build the marriage on God, when God is with you, the journey would be smooth. I pray that your marriage will be successful and whatever your heart desires God will grant them.”
The ceremony witnessed a sea of family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers at the grand joining ceremony held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Fountain of Life Sanctuary, Ikeja, Lagos.
