In furtherance of discussions towards actualizing the establishment of an Inland Dry Port (IDP) in Borno State, the Executive Secretary/CEO of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Rt. Hon Emmanuel Jime last week met the State Executive Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum.
