MWUN Congratulates NPA New EDs, Badmus And Vivian

The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) under the leadership of Comrade (Prince) Dr. Adewale Adeyanju, fnli, HFCPSP, has congratulated Mr. Olalekan BADMUS and Ms. Vivian Edet, both whom were appointed recently as Executive Director ( Marine & Operations) and Executive Director ( Finance & Admin), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), respectively by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
A statement signed by Comrade John Kennedy Ikemefuna, Head of Media, MWUN quoted Dr. Adeyanju as saying the appointment of the duo is a testimony of hard work and commitment to duty.
The statement reads, “Your appointments did not just come on a platter of gold but as a testament of your uncompromising tenacity to hard work, wealth of experience and unblemished track record of service delivery.
“The Union is highly delighted at your appointments especially at this critical time of our nation when inventive approach is needed to make the country’s seaports the hub of port users in the West African sub-region.
“The leadership of the MWUN wish to assure you of our unalloyed support and cooperation that would engender industrial growth, peace and harmony in all the ports formations nationwide.
“Once again, we say congratulations to both Mr. Badmus and Ms. Vivian for promotions well deserved.”
